Our General Manager, Fernando Nunez has been in the restaurant business for many years. His knowledge and experience provide him with the opportunity to share his insights with you. And if he doesn't know the answer to your question, he can ask our Executive Chef or our Head Bartender. Feel free to ask him obscure questions like "How do you make the popular drink called a Cosmopolitan?" or "Where do your lobsters come from?". Anything is fair game and Fernando has a great sense of humor so you can be as informal as you like.
He is always happy to answer your questions and be of assistance. Please feel free to ask him about our our cuisine, our wine list, making a reservation, our staff, hosting a private party, or our Spanish traditions and culture.
